Germany's annual hattrick meeting 2009

When and where?

Germany's annual hattrick meeting 2009 will take place from June 5th to June 7th in the Gysenbergpark Herne (www.gysenberg.de).

What is it?

The Gysenbergpark is one of five big parks in the so called Ruhr area in the western part of Germany and is mainly used as a local recreation area. In the Gysenbergpark you’ll find a swimming bath (called LAGO) with salted water, artificial waves, outside pools and saunas. Outside there’s a Go Kart course, a Minigolf course, a petting zoo, lakes with rowboats, and a beachvolleyball court.

Herne is also located near the two international airports of Duesseldorf (http://www.duesseldorf-international.de/) and Dortmund (http://www.dortmund-airport.de).

Where to sleep?

The children’s playing house “Pfiffikus” will be our sleeping room for the hattrick meeting. About 80 managers may sleep here. If you like it a little bit more comfortable: Several hotels and guesthouses are just a few kilometres away. In the “BB-Hotel” (http://www.hotel-bb.com/detailhotels.phtml?NumLangue=2&hotelid=0008) we reserved several single and double rooms for our meeting. Just mention the key word “hattrick” when ordering a room.

What will happen?

On Friday, June 5th in the evening the managers will arrive and we will have a great night and much time to get to know each other and have fun. On Saturday, June 6th, about midday, a soccer tournament will take place! Further information for this tournament will be published in a few weeks. The tournament will be finished at about 5 pm so everybody will be ready for the hattrick matches at 18:00! When the matches are played we can start into the night again! Some special program is planned here, but it’s a surprise yet… :)

On Sunday morning, after breakfast, the meeting will be over and all the managers will depart to get home again.

How much will it cost?

This depends on you. We just started the registration and now you can use the “early bid” to save some money!
